We're recruiting an exciting commercial brand name, known worldwide with a great company culture and supportive leadership team in place, this permanent Senior Finance Analyst is for a leading organisation in Coventry. This is a key role driving financial strategy and business decisions.

• Deliver financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Develop digital dashboards and automate reporting processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate planning, forecasting, and compliance.
• Implement data analytics and predictive analysis to enhance business performance.
• Mentor an apprentice and oversee the Controlling function.

• Proven FP&A experience, ideally in a large or matrix-structured organisation.
• Expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel (VBA).
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Degree or accountancy qualification in progress or completed (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)

• Salary: £42,500 - £45,000 per annum.
