About the Role: As a Private Client Tax Manager in our Manchester office, you'll be joining a close-knit team of tax specialists who provide bespoke services to high-net-worth individuals and families. This role offers excellent progression opportunities and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of private clients, including entrepreneurs, property investors, and family offices
- Overseeing complex tax compliance and planning work
- Providing strategic tax advice on areas including CGT, IHT, and trust taxation
- Leading and developing a small team of tax professionals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
Required Skills and Experience:
- CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' private client tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Proven ability to handle complex tax planning projects
