The Opportunity
As Tax Partner, you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of tax professionals
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and private client work
- Drive the growth of the tax practice through both compliance and advisory services
- Work closely with the firm's head of tax and office managing partner
- Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and business development initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level tax advisory services across corporate and personal taxation
- Lead complex tax planning projects including corporate restructuring, share schemes, and M&A
- Manage client relationships and oversee service delivery
- Develop and mentor team members
- Handle technical correspondence with HMRC
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities
- Ensure risk management and quality control across all tax services
Required Experience & Qualifications
- CTA qualification with minimum 10 years post-qualification experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax legislation
- Proven track record in tax advisory services
- Experience managing and developing professional teams
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
