Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading reseller of global brand products, renowned for its innovative approach to sales and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Finance Business Analyst, where you will play a key role in driving data-led decision-making and supporting the finance team to optimise sales performance and business growth.

As a Finance Business Analyst, you will:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports using tools like Power BI and SQL to support sales and financial planning.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, focusing on sales performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver insights and support strategic decisions, particularly around sales strategies.
• Create performance reports for sales channels and dealer networks, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Evaluate campaign performance and market trends to drive sales growth.
• Ensure data quality and availability, supporting the finance team with accurate reporting.

To succeed in this Finance Business Analyst role, you'll need:

• Experience with MI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets.
• A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
• A background in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
