Job Description:

As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for overseeing audit teams, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and audit workpapers.
  • Interact directly with clients, addressing their needs and building strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to business development and client acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audits.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • MUST Currently be working in a CPA firm
