Marketing Manager - Building & Construction Products
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid Working - 4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join a leading building and construction products company based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This is a key role for someone with industry experience who is passionate about launching innovative brands and products, leading a high-performing team, and driving commercial success through quality-driven strategies.
About the Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, overseeing both online and offline strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the marketing plan - aligning with the sales strategy and ensuring clear timelines and measurable results.
Launching new brands and products - collaborating with the product team to bring innovative solutions to market.
Leading and developing a talented team - fostering creativity, collaboration, and a results-driven culture.
Building commercial relationships - working closely with builders' merchants and networks to maximise market reach.
Differentiating the brand - focusing on quality and innovation to stand out in a competitive market.
Analysing campaign performance - monitoring ROI and refining strategies for maximum impact.
Representing the brand at industry events - planning and managing participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, within or connected to the the building and construction sector.
A track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering successful marketing campaigns to tight deadlines.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
