Salary Range: $275,000 - 300,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are partnering with a prestigious, nationally recognized law firm to recruit a talented Privacy & Cybersecurity Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to take on a key role in a high-profile practice group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and case management, with a passion for privacy, cybersecurity, and related regulatory matters. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge cases, manage client relationships, and develop litigation strategies in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day case activities and lead fact investigations.

• Research legal issues and develop innovative litigation strategies.

• Draft pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Negotiate with opposing counsel and manage client communications.

• Deliver smaller projects independently and assist with larger, complex matters.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of significant litigation and case management experience.

• Strong academic and professional credentials.

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.

• Admission to the state bar and in good standing (location flexible).

• Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or other privacy-related statutes is a plus.
